Our Cancellation/Fail To Attend policy

Carlton Dental Practice is carrying out routine dental appointments. Under the current Covid-19 guidelines the waiting room is closed and the patient toilet is not in use. On arriving at the practice please wait outside the door and call reception on 01159879500/9873306 to let them know that you have arrived for your appointment. A nurse or dentist will come to collect you when they are ready for you. We will keep regularly updating this information.

In the light of the National Lockdown announcement by the Government Carlton Dental Care would like to reassure our patients that we will be open for all routine dental appointments. The Government guidelines state that Dentists are an essential part of healthcare, and it is important to keep up to date with your routine examinations so that your Dentist can keep a check on your Oral Health including gum health and Oral cancer screening.
