Our Cancellation/Fail To Attend policy

Carlton Dental Practice is carrying out routine dental appointments. Under the current Covid-19 guidelines the waiting room is closed and the patient toilet is not in use. On arriving at the practice please wait outside the door and call reception on 01159879500/9873306 to let them know that you have arrived for your appointment. A nurse or dentist will come to collect you when they are ready for you. We will keep regularly updating this information.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING SECOND NATIONAL LOCKDOWN

Following the the announcement of a Second national lockdown and after receiving guidelines from the Chief Dental Officer - We can confirm that all booked appointments can go ahead. We would ask all our patient's to cancel their appointments if they or anyone in their household have tested positive for, or had symptoms of Covid-19. Our reception team will continue to contact patients prior to their appointment screen for Covid-19 and offer some pre-appointment advice. We will continue to keep all of our patients up to date with any new developments, if and when we receive them.
